The Silmarils - set of three hard enamel pins

Fastened with a black rubber clutch at the back (the photo still shows the
first edition with butterfly clutch).

DISPATCH TIME FRAME: All items in my shop say "ships in 1-2 weeks." I'm
suffering from an eye disease that means there are days when I can cope fairly
well and others where I can't do post labels and pack orders. The two-week time
frame ensures I can use the good days to take care of orders. In most cases,
your order will go out within a week.

US SHIPPING:
The run times I give for US shipping are very conservative estimates. In
2020/21, shipping to the US often took two to three months. These days, it's
mostly two to three weeks, but better safe than sorry.

International taxes/customs may apply.

A NOTE ON "HANDMADE":
Etsy's definition on "handmade" is as follows: Items that are made by me, the
seller, or are designed by me and made with the help of an approved outside
manufacturer who complies with Etsy's ethical manufacturing policies. My prints
are made with a printer (in my house), my enamel pins are designed by me and
manufactured by an enamel pin company with whose representatives I work
closely. Hard enamel pins are impossible to make by hand, outside a factory,
unless you are a jeweller, which I am not. :) (This goes for all enamel pins
you see on Etsy, by the way).

WHAT DOES "MARK AS GIFT" MEAN?
You only should mark items as gifts if you plan to give me a different address
than your own to send it to, and write a little note for the recipient (like
"Happy birthday, Mum!"). This note will be inside the package. Normally, my
packages contain a receipt with the item prices and your address listed (which
I cut out to stick on the envelope); orders marked as "gift" do not.

"Mark as gift" does NOT mean that I mark the parcel as gift for customs, as
it's not a gift from me to you. I still have to mark everything as trading
goods.

"Mark as gift" does not mean I gift-wrap the item. All my items are always
packaged nicely anyway (clear sleeves and cardboard for prints, little
colourful paper bags for pins).

"Mark as gift" does not mean you get the item for free. ;)

If you get an item sent to yourself and mark it as gift, but do not enter a
gift message, that will simply mean you get the item sent to you, with a
standard note supplied by Etsy, saying "A gift for you - enjoy! - From: [Your
name]", which is slightly pointless. ;)
