around your neck, keeping the tape measure parallel to the floor as you
measure. Then, add 2 to 4 inches (5 to 10 cm) to your neck measurement to

WHAT IS STERLING SILVER?
Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by weight of silver and
7.5% by weight of other metals. The sterling silver standard has a minimum
millesimal fineness of 925 (Ref: Wikipedia).

Our pieces can be worn everyday, even in the shower

If your ph is normal (perspiration acidity) your sterling silver will maintain
its color. If you have a high pH it may tarnish and just cleaning it with a
sterling silver solution you will be able to bring it back to its original
color.

Sterling silver may tarnish naturally over time but can be cleaned very easily
with
- Jewelry polishing cloth for sterling silver/gold jewelry,
- You can also make a paste with baking soda and water or
- Using a sterling silver liquid solution for best results

SHIPPING ADDRESS
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy
Order. If for any reason you need a change of address, please message us with
1-hour of placing your order

Please double check your address before checking out. We are not responsible
for packages shipped to the wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to
ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing an order

All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" due to incomplete or inaccurate
address will need to be re-processed and a shipping fee will need to be
re-purchased in order to re-send the package

RETURNS / REFUNDS
We only do exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact
within 3 days upon receiving your package. Please note that in order for us to
grant an exchange the piece must not be worn. We will then provide you
instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit
will only be made to the product, and not the shipping cost. Items on sale are
not eligible for exchanges

Please note you must ship items back within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept cancellations

The following items cannot be exchanged. Because of the nature of these items,
unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept exchanges for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and
packaging. Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons

YanYa Jewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does
not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return
shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping
with tracking and insurance
